eLearning refers to the use of electronic media and technologies for educational and learning purposes. Various formats can be used, such as interactive courses, videos, webinars, and virtual learning spaces. At WELL Plus, we use SCORM and moderated videos for our training content.

What is a learning management system (LMS)?

A learning management system (LMS) is a software platform that enables organizations to organize, manage, and deliver educational content. It offers features such as course assignment, progress tracking, communication, and assessment for effective learning management.

Was ist Blended Learning?

Blended learning combines traditional classroom events with online learning methods. It utilizes various learning formats such as self-study, virtual classrooms, and face-to-face interactions to create a flexible and holistic learning experience.

What are the advantages of eLearning?

What regulations apply to eLearning?

There are no fixed guidelines or specifications. However, most guidelines require individual adaptation to the company and its processes, the opportunity to ask questions, and learning assessments. At WELL Plus, all content is always individually tailored. Questions can be asked at any time by phone, in a forum, or by email. Learning assessments are offered, especially for important content. However, these are always subject to company guidelines and are optional. To reinforce learning success, we always include quizzes as a standard part of our training courses.

At WELL Plus, companies use the "WELL LearnHub" learning platform as their own foundation for all training courses. LearnHub is provided, maintained, and supported by WELL Plus for its clients. Therefore, you don't need your own IT infrastructure to use a learning platform.

How do I log in?

You can easily log in with your username, employee number or email address and your password.

How can I get a new password?

There are two options for you.

  • You can contact the relevant person. They
    will give you a new password.
  • You reset it using the “Forgot password” function and receive an email with instructions.

Where can I find my training courses?

You can click on Dashboard in the top row.
Alternatively, you can also access the course overview in your profile.

Where do I start a training course?

You can access a training course via the dashboard and then
click on the image or the heading.

How do I start a training session?

After reading the introductory text and the training information, you can click on the training content.
Alternatively, there is also a quick course index.

Then click on “Training” to start.

Why isn't the training content opening?

The training courses on the learning platform all open in a new window (pop-up) so that you have the entire screen available for learning and viewing.
If the content is not displayed, the following options are available to unblock it.

1) In Google Chrome
Click the icon in the top browser bar, allow pop-ups and redirects, and click “Done”.

2) In Microsoft Edge
, click the icon in the top browser bar, always allow pop-ups and redirects, and click “Done”.

3) In Mozilla Firefox
, click the icon in the top browser bar, allow pop-ups and redirects, and click “Done.”

Then click “Allow pop-ups.”

4) Apple Safari:
Click on the top browser bar, disable the content blocker, and allow pop-up windows.

Why can't I see the content despite pop-ups being allowed?

It's possible that you've already opened the training pop-up window and then switched to another browser tab.
If you receive this message, you can switch between tabs using ALT + TAB (Windows) or CTRL + TAB (Mac).

Do I need speakers or headphones for the training sessions?

No, all training courses are built in SCORM format and therefore contain no audio. Videos may be included for better understanding; these may have subtitles or no sound.

You can now retrieve your certificate by downloading it to your computer/mobile device under “Completion / Certificate / View Certificate”. 
You can also find all your certificates in your profile under “My Certificates”.

Why didn't I achieve 100% in the course overview for a training course?

Once you have successfully completed all training content and the quiz, and your certificate has been verified, your progress will be displayed as 100%.

What if I can't find my question here?
